| Looking+To+Upgrade+My+Psu...but+What+Brand+2+Go%3f%2c+help+choose+plz%7c%7c%7c%0aHey+people+its+me+again+++anyway...im+trying+to+look+at+getting+a+new+psu+with+removable+cords+so+i+can+get++rid+of+some+of+the+stupid+power+cables+that+are+flooding+my+case..im+sure+some+people+in+here+would+know+what+im+talking+about...ne+way+i+was+looking+at+getting+either+the+X-connect+500W+silver+(++from+%3a+www.pccasegear.com.au%2fprod2086.htm+)+or+the+X-Connect+500W+Titanium+(++from+%3a+www.pccasegear.com.au%2fprod1744.htm+)+....but+from+what+people+have+been+saying+in+other+forums+x-conencts+arent+ne+good+at+supplying+power...but+ive+been+looking+at+reviews+of+them+and+they+seem+2+go+great%2c+if+their+is+a+reason+that+i+shouldnt+get+the+psu.....can+anyone+tell+me+some+other+brands+that+do+the+full+or+semi+modular+psu+(+where+you+can+remove+what+ever+cords+you+want+from+the+psu+so+u+dont+have+to+have+all+of+them+in+ur+case%2c+only+the+ones+u+want+)+thx+++%0a%7c%7c%7c%0aI+would+suggest+something+from+OCZ%2c+Zippy%2c+Enermax%2c+Fortron%2c+or+Antec.+PC+Power+amp%3b+Cooling+makes+some+of+the+best%2c+but+you+pay+for+it.%0a%7c%7c%7c%0a%0a%7c%7c%7c%0aTagan+are+a+good+brand%2c+esp+for+o%2fc...+Not+sure+about+the+modular+bit%2c+though.+I+think+they+might%2c+though...%0a%7c%7c%7c%0adont+worry+about+modular+and+removable+cableI+too+agree+with+everything+stated+aboveHiding+wires+is+easy%2c+it+just+takes+time+to+think+of+a+route+to+wire+it+++Hiding+behind+drive+bays+and+beside+drive+bays+always+works%2c+also+have+a+drive+1+slot+from+the+top+so+you+can+hide+excess+wires+up+there(edit%2c+refer+to+my+case+(sig)+for+a+visual+example+of+hiding+wires+in+drive+bay)%0a%7c%7c%7c%0aYeah+i+am+also+from+AUST+and+them+PSU+with+connecting+things+are+new+here.+How+do+these+work+as+in+performance%3f+Are+they+good+for+O%2fC%3f+Casue+i+only+want+to+use+cables+that+i+need....(duh).+Casue+currently+i+think+my+PSU+is+breaking+casue+in+bios+i+got+vcore+set+to+1.6%2c+but+in+CPU-Z+and+other+readers+(speedfan)+it+only+reads+1.5v-1.55v....+hmm%3f%0a |
